Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Any changes done from 0 Hours to 48 hours before check in attract 100% of booking amount.
- Any changes done from 48 hours to 168 hours before check in will attract penalty upto 50% booking amount.
- Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
- For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a Guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
- A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1400 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.
- Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees will be charged. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation to discuss your details.
- To guarantee your reservation, please provide the hotel with your credit card number and the card expiry date. Confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card.
- In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 48 hours or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge, of one night’s applicable room rate, will be levied. In addition, should the guest check- out early, one night’s retention will be charged in lieu of the night(s) being released.
- The resort reserves the rights to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
- In case of full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of 5% against the online payment process charges
